| Your
use of the website is governed by the following terms. |

Full joining instructions will be sent out to delegates approximately
two weeks prior to the commencement of the course or as soon
as is practical. |
| •
Premier Training reserves the right to make any necessary changes
to the course including changes in legislation. |
| •
Any refunds given by Premier Training must be made to the same
card from which the original payment was taken. |
| •
Cancellations received more than 10 working days to the commencement
of the course may join an alternative date (space dependent)
and their fees transferred to that date. |
| •
Cancellations received less than 10 working days to the commencement
of the course will incur forfeiture of 50% of full day fee |
| •
In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled by Premier
Training, the client will be offered a mutually acceptable future
date. Premier Training, however, will not be liable for any
loss or expense incurred by the client arising from such a cancellation. |
| •
Premier Training accepts no liability for loss or damage to
property or personal injury to persons attending the course. |
