| CIEH,
Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering |
| The
Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Foundation Certificate
in Food Hygiene will allow all food handlers, whatever their job
title, an appreciation of the fundamentals of good food hygiene
practices.
Rigorous enforcement
of food hygiene legislation is important, but is not in itself sufficient
to prevent food poisoning which is usually the result of ignorance
or negligence. A reduction in high levels of food poisoning can
only be achieved through education of food handlers.
The course concludes
with a multi-choice examination.
This one-day course will commence at 9am and finish by approximately
4pm.
The course fee is £84.00
+ VAT and includes refreshments, a light lunch, course handbook
and CIEH certification and registration.
